Methow Cycle & Sport Women's Advanced Skills Progression Spring Series

Dates: Wednesdays April 14 - May 5 from 5:30-7:30 pm Cost: $175 for all 4 sessions. If space is available, sign up for one session for $50. Capacity: 6 participants Registration deadline: April 5, 2021 if registering for all 4 sessions. Registration for attending only one session will open up on April 6 and close on April 10, 2021. Are you interested in taking your mountain biking skills to the next level in a small group setting with one-on-one coaching? This 4 week progression course is designed for women who want to develop their technical maneuvers on the bike as well as their air skills. Each session will focus on a new skill such as bunny hops, manuals, drops, and jumps. We will discuss and learn skills in an open area before we practice them on specific features on trail. Week 1: Technical maneuvers - wheel lifts, bunny hops, manuals Week 2: Intro to drops - small to medium size drops Week 3: Dynamic riding - pumping to jumping Week 4: Catching air - jumping technique Riding Level: Comfortable riding black trails and like to get wheels off ground. Looking to ride more features on black trails and get better at timing and speed with drops and jumps.
