Much like its larger-wheeled sibling, the Mahuna, the Cinder Cone is the perfect all-rounder for the person looking to ride off-road or cruise around the backwoods bike paths. It features an air fork with 100mm of travel, as well as a dependable 11-speed drivetrain and disc brakes. If you're a fan of plus bikes, you can run up to 2.8" tires. The Cinder Cone is where the mountain meets functionality at a great price.

We all remember our first mountain bike. For many of us, it was a bike like the Lana'I. Affordable enough not to feel too risky but stocked with components that give you the freedom to explore off-road. The Lana'I features integrated shifters and brake levers to streamline the cockpit and is now available in three wheel sizes: 26" for size XS, 27.5" for S and M, and 29" for L and XL. With an 8-speed drivetrain, grippy disc brakes, and a 100mm travel fork, the Lana'I is the perfect way to taste what real singletrack riding has to offer. Wheel size: - Sizes X-Small: 26-inch - Sizes Small – Medium: 27.5-inch - Sizes Large – X-Large: 29-inch
The Mahuna strikes that perfect balance of mountain bike and all-around fun rig. Its 29" wheels easily roll over obstacles and provide a smooth, predictable ride. The fork features 100mm of smooth travel and together with the 29" wheels, helps keep bumps in check. You have complete control over stopping with powerful hydraulic disc brakes. An 11-speed drivetrain makes quick work of tough hills ensuring the Mahuna is as fun going up as it is going down.
The Remote has become the veteran of the Kona e-MTB lineup. It's been a top choice for trail builders, backwoods explorers and sportsmen of all kinds. Derived from the Honzo, its frame brings a sporty version to the masses that holds a smooth-operating Shimano battery and motor. 140mm of front suspension keeps the technical terrain at bay. A 10-speed drivetrain provides reliable shifting while hydraulic disc brakes keep the speed in check. The Remote is sporty, practical, and perhaps the perfect way to dip your toe into the eBike waters! KONA 6061 ALUMINUM Kona 7005 and 6061 Aluminum alloys are used extensively throughout our fleet of mountain and asphalt bicycles. A tough, durable, light alloy, both Kona 7005 and 6061 deliver fantastic, reliable performance that lasts for thousands of rides. Much of our 7005/6061 tubing is butted and/or formed, meaning the tubing's wall thickness can be increased or decreased, as well as shaped, so we can fine-tune a particular frame's strength and ride characteristics depending on its intended application. INTERNAL HEADSET Bearing cups are actually pressed into the frame and are easily removable. An internal headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x148mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted.
The Kahuna is one of our best-selling hardtails. People love its simplicity and practicality. We brought that ethos to the El Kahuna and built a bike that was multipurpose—capable of riding the local singletrack for hours on end, and still have enough battery to go get the groceries on the way home. Its Shimano pedal-assist motor is powered by a semi-integrated battery and its 100mm fork provides just the right amount of suspension to absorb smaller hits on the trail. 29” wheels with 2.25” tires make this bike comfortable across all kinds of terrain. The El Kahuna the perfect all-rounder.
