CoACHING

Joe Brown, co-owner of Methow Cycle & Sport, and local coach Noelle Kastning offer individual and small group coaching for mountain bike and all-road skill building. We’re also happy to lead guided rides for your club, organization, or group of cycling friends.

Joe is a certified PMBIA coach with many years of competitive cycling under his belt.

Noelle is a WA native and has lived in Twisp for the past 7 years.  She’s been recreating on two wheels; road biking, bike touring and mountain biking for almost 20 years.  After receiving professional mountain bike coaching and improving her own riding abilities she’s built a passion for helping other beginner and intermediate mountain bikers become more comfortable and confident on their bikes.

Noelle is has a level 1 certificate in mountain bike coaching with the Global Syndicate of Mountain Bike Coaching Association.  Her goal  is to guide you through a progression of foundational skills to get you more comfortable and confident on your bike out on the trails!  Come ride with her!
